Name your wiki!

Last week we asked for your help developing an “Archives wiki.”  The first order of business is to name the wiki.  We have a few names that you have told us you don’t want (like People’s Pedia) and a request not to be too stuffy, but no suggestions for names yet.  So tell us what do you want to name your wiki?  Post your suggestions for a name for the wiki here on NARAtions by May 6th.

Our first organizing meeting for the wiki will be next Friday, May 7th at 1 PM in room G-24 at the National Archives Building in Washington, DC.  For those of you who can’t join us in person, you’ll be able to call into the meeting.  If you would like the information to call into the meeting, or if you have any questions, please email Rebecca Warlow or Meredith Stewart at And keep thinking about what pages you would like to work on for your Archives wiki.

    Just call it NARAwiki.

    Keep it simple at least!

Jason, thanks for the suggestion! We’ll have the organizing group take it into consideration!
